We are 2 people, woman and man. 61 and 70 years. No children live at home anymore.
Both work, but one lives also in another place sometimes due to work.
The apartment has 5 rooms and a kitchen, 104 m2
Used to having residents from Sweden, Norway, France, Greece, Ukraine, India, Japan and most recently China. All ages from 16-65
Your bedroom has a 105 cm bed, 2 different pillow models, duvet, undersheet, pillowcase, quilt, cover. 2 bedside tables, 2 60 cm wardrobes, large chest of drawers, desk with chair, bookshelf. Stereo (radio, cassette, CD) computer screen, misc. lamps, ironing board (but not iron), clothes hanger.
You have your own toilet, you clean it yourself, we don't use it.
Can use our shower in our larger toilet.
Also includes own dining area in the kitchen, see photo. With chair, table and tall kitchen cabinet.
In total, you have 15 m2 for yourself that only you use and look after.
We keep you with cutlery, knives, plates, glasses, cups, pans, frying pans, toasters, kettles that only you use.
There is a microwave oven you can use.
And its own place in the fridge and freezer.
The room has a separate key that you can lock yourself over weekends.
The apartment has burglar and fire alarms. You get your own code.
If you choose option 1 or 2 below, we will provide you with 2 different pillow models, duvet cover, undersheet, pillow case, quilt, cover and towels and bath towels, 2 sets. You don't have to bring it back and forth to your regular residence. As we wash, staying with us is almost like a hotel.
AWARD
*1*** Monday to Friday at SEK 4,800.
*2*** Sunday after 18 to Friday at SEK 5,200.
We can also rent out
*3*** Monday to Friday or every other weekend SEK 5,800.
*4*** Full-time SEK 6,600
No disposition fee, but you pay 2 months' rent in advance when you receive a written contract.
OTHER
You can rent our broadband 250 mbit, cable/wifi for SEK 100.
TV with lots of channels, SEK 100 via Tele2 play. There is no TV in the room but via computer
Public transport is 250 m away, Linneplatsen.
Close to Slottsskogen.
Key to locked bicycle storage and washroom. We book laundry every two weeks
No smoking or pets.
