A 25 m² furnished room is available in our spacious villa. The rent is SEK 6,500 per month, furnished (see photo). The house is spacious (170 m²) and offers plenty of room for all tenants. It is ideal for students or researchers working or studying at AstraZeneca, the University of Gothenburg, or Chalmers University of Technology. Who lives here I (43 years old cancer scientist at Gothenburg university) and my 10-year-old daughter occupy the two bedrooms on the ground floor. The available room is located on the upper floor. The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor are usually occupied by international students and young professionals, including people affiliated with AstraZeneca, the University of Gothenburg, Chalmers University of Technology, and other workplaces in the Gothenburg area. The upper floor functions as a shared living space for students and young professionals, while my daughter and I live primarily on the ground floor.
