Om bostaden

Welcome to a bright and cozy furnished apartment in Kungsholmen, by Norr Mälarstrand. The apartment is 41 m² with 1.5 rooms and offers a comfortable and well-planned living space, ideal for one person or a couple. The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The charming and fully functional kitchen features a new dishwasher, gas stove as well as all necessary kitchenware. The living room features beautiful parquet flooring and large windows with a lovely water view. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, TV and TV stand, as well as a display cabinet and mirror. There is also an extendable dining table with seating for four. The sleeping area has a 1.4 m bed and bedside table. Additional practical features include a towel warmer, clothes hanger and shoe storage. The location is one of the highlights of the apartment. The waterfront and beautiful walking paths along Norr Mälarstrand are just nearby, while public transport, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and everything Kungsholmen has to offer are within easy reach. The apartment is being rented out due to work in another location and is available from January 15, 2027. The initial rental period is one year, with the possibility of extension. The rent includes electricity, gas, heating, water and broadband. I am looking for a responsible and respectful tenant who will take good care of the apartment and feel at home here.
