Lovely area with water, greenery, restaurants, cafés, all gym franchises :)
5-7 min walk to medium sized Willy's, Ica Nära, pharmacy.
TRANSPORT
Great connection. 12 min walk (or one tram station) to Sundbyberg centrum where one can take the commuter train (pendeltåg) and the metro (blue line). 5 min walk to the tram line between Sickla-Solna Station; 2 min walk to buses towards Bromma.
7 min walk to airport shuttle busses (+ 34 min ride).
RENTAL PERIOD
Ideally 12 months, with possibility of extension - conditional on approval from the BRF.

ASSOCIATION
I have only had positive experience with the association and its members the past 2 years. Respectful members of all ages, some with children.
There is a shared laundry room in the same building where the apartment is located, booked in advance via a digital system. The room is equipped with two washers, one drying drum, one drying cabinet, and one drying room.
NOTES
Please note that there is no microwave, dishwasher or washing machine in the unit. The oven and stove are based on gas.
No additional storage space is provided (e.g. no basement, or attic access).
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
If you wish to move in with an animal (dog, cat, rabbit, bird…), that could work depending on the animal. Let's discuss :)
The current oven, as seen on the pictures, is broken. A new appliance is arranged and should be installed before move-in (by January 2027).
