Looking for a friendly, considerate female flatmate to share a lovely, newly renovated apartment in Persborg, Malmö. A bright, fully furnished private room is available, with two large windows, plenty of natural light, and a beautiful open view.
The room comes with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, making it a comfortable space for studying, working, or simply relaxing.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a large shared living room, and a spacious glazed balcony where you can enjoy a coffee or just relax, even during the colder months. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a shared bathroom, and plenty of storage space.
The entire apartment was renovated in October 2026. It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator. There's a laundry room in the basement, as well as a washer-dryer in the apartment for occasional use.
The location is very convenient, especially if you study or work in Malmö or Lund. Persborg train station is just a 2-minute walk away, and Persborg bus station is about 3 minutes away, with several bus connections in different directions. By train, you can reach Triangeln, Malmö Central, and Hyllie in around 7–12 minutes, Ikea in around 5 min, Lund Central and Copenhagen in approximately 25-30 minutes.
Rent: 5,200 SEK/month (approx. €470) + shared utilities.
