Om bostaden

Welcome to a cozy and inviting home in a beautiful, peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by nature, just outside Gothenburg! I am renting out a fully furnished room in my home, ideally suited for an international or exchange student looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay for one or two semesters. You will have your own private bedroom and shared access to the kitchen and bathroom. Internet access is available, and there is a convenient shared laundry room on the ground floor. The location offers excellent public transport connections, with the train station just a one-minute walk away and Gothenburg city centre only 10 minutes away by train. Here, you can enjoy the best of both worlds – the peaceful atmosphere of a beautiful residential area while having easy access to everything Gothenburg has to offer. The surrounding area features lovely walking paths, beautiful greenery and a picturesque lake nearby, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. I am looking for a responsible, tidy and considerate tenant who appreciates a calm, friendly and respectful home environment. My aim is to offer a warm and welcoming home where you can feel comfortable and at ease throughout your stay in Gothenburg. Ideal for international and exchange students staying for one or two semesters.
