Om bostaden

We are renting out our cozy, warm, and bright home. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to return to our home country. The location is excellent; all essentials—including a school, a kindergarten, and grocery stores—are within walking distance. The ground floor features three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a dining area with a fireplace, along with a separate kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, which is very convenient. The house is filled with natural light. The basement includes a heated garage with space for two standard-sized cars, as well as several additional rooms that could serve various purposes, such as a home office. There is also a large room that was previously used for leisure and exercise, plus a dedicated space for laundry and drying. The basement has been recently renovated; the floors are insulated, and a floor and wall heating system has been installed, ensuring the space is now dry, warm, and fully functional. The original municipal heating system has been replaced with an air-to-water heating system. There is a large, private backyard overlooking a small wooded area. The house is well-suited for a family with children. Pets are welcome.
