Cosy apartment on the ground floor in högsbo. Internet, water and heating are included, electricity is not included in the price. 39m2 with a seperate bedroom, and view of the garden. It has a terrace outside and access to the green garden around the building. Its very quiet and calm but the tramstop lantmilsgatan takes only 2 minutes to reach by foot. It has a beautiful parket floor and lots of storage space in the hallway. Partially furnished, which we can discuss during the viewing! Pictures were taken late on a rainy day, which is why they look slightly dark, there are big windows covering the whole side of the apartment. I loved living here for the last 3 years but I am subletting the apartment because I am moving in with my partner.
