Why renting out My mother has recently moved out of from the villa to an old age home and her pension does not cover all the expenses for the the villa. I currently live on the lower floor and it is the upper floor that is for rent. Maybe the villa will go on sale during the summer of 2027? Maybe not. It may be possible to move in before the 1:st of November. First step would be to visit and check out the upper floor, to see if it could be of interest.
