Perfect and quiet room. Bus X2 from here to the following junctions: Marklandsgatan 17 minutes Linnéplatsen 22 minutes Järntorget 25 minutes. Direct bus in the morning to Sahlgrenska (22min) and Chalmers (26 min) at the gate. One of Göteborgs most wonderful locations by the sea. A lovely bedroom with a quite new bed (90 cm, chair, bench, desk, two wardrobes. We use headphones when home together and listening to music. We share the bathroom. Only showers included and not bathtub baths due to high electricity costs. Wifi, water, kitchen paper, toilet paper and detergents for the home included. You clean your own room. No strong perfume , no smoking and good hygiene is really a must. All service needed in walking distance situated in the fantastic area with a lot of sport arenas! This is only for a tenant that studies or work away from home. No smoking or drugs allowed. Playing computor games at night after 11 pm is not allowed. I sometimes have dogs visiting during day and night time. You need to send references, paper on studies/jobs. I will have interviews. Welcome to Göteborg and have a really nice stay!
