The house is a fully furnished villa with three bedrooms, each with two seperate beds, a total of six sleeping places. The living room is spacious and has a door, making it possible to use as a fifth bedroom if needed. The property has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Basement and storage: In the basement, there is a laundry room and ample storage space. There is a garage under the house that can be used for a car, tools, or other equipment. The house is within walking distance of the Mondi factory in Dynäs, making it convenient for employees working in the area. The price is based on the number of people (beds) using the accommodation. All costs for electricity, water, heating, waste collection and internet are included in the rent. The rental period can be adjusted as needed, both short-term and long term rentals are possible by agreement.
