Hi, My family and I are renting out a 35 m² furnished garden apartment in our villa, with a private entrance through our garden, in the charming area of Kyrkbyn, Barkarby. The apartment is suitable for one or two people. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, high-speed internet, and parking. The rental period is 30 August 2026 to 30 June 2027. The apartment is just a 5–10 minute walk from the commuter train station, with only 15 minutes to Odenplan and about 35 minutes to Stockholm University and less so to KTH. It is a perfect home for an exchange student or anyone looking for a fully furnished place to stay. Everything you need is included, such as furniture, duvets, pillows, towels, kitchen equipment, and household essentials, so you can move in with just your suitcase. During the summer, we rent the apartment to tourists through Airbnb. If you Google “cozy garden flat 15 min from central Stockholm”, you can read our reviews and see that we are trustworthy hosts and a safe choice in what can sometimes be a challenging rental market. Please note that the apartment is not rented through Airbnb during the academic year. We offer it as a long-term rental. Although the initial lease runs until the end of June, we usually renew the contract if the tenant wishes to stay with start in August. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to tell you more.
