We share a large, newly updated five-room apartment on Infanterigatan in Solna. We have a vacant room and are looking for a person to join us! We maintain top living standards, and the apartment features a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and two large balconies. For those who love to cook, the large kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, a professional oven, and a dishwasher. Bonus: Professional cleaning of the common areas is included once a week. You also get access to the building's elevator, bike room, and a large Swedish laundry room. The Location The area is fantastic and sits right by a park. You have an ICA, a gym, a pizzeria, and two restaurants just a 1-minute walk away. 6 mins walk to Västra Skogen subway (7 min ride to T-centralen) 10 mins walk to Solna Centrum and Huvudsta The Room The vacant room is available immediately. It comes furnished with a large bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and has direct access to a balcony. Your rent includes the weekly cleaning, electricity, and fast internet. Who are we? We are two good friends, aged between 27 and 35, working full-time. We are busy professionals. We love having dinner together, sharing a glass of wine, or just catching up after a long day, while still respecting each other's need for downtime. Who are you? You are a non-smoker, 25–35(ish), work full-time or are doing your PhD (perfect for Karolinska researchers), and want to share a great, social home rather than just renting a room.
