Room for one person for rent, with start 15th of September, in the most glamorous and safe neighborhood in Gothenburg. The 120 square meters apartment is located in the city centre of Gothenburg. The name of the neighborhood is Vasastan. Room for rent = 28 square meters. Shared living space = 40 square meters + kitchen. University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law on the other side of the street (30 meters). Close to everything you could wish for. The university, shops, restaurants, cafes, museums, concerts, sports arenas, Liseberg Amusement Park and 20 meters to public transportation. The room is fully furnished and includes TV, two wardrobes, 2x chest of drawers and more. The apartment has of course WiFi. Bedding, towels, blankets & pillows are of course included. Just let me know if something is missing and I'll fix it. The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances & machines. Dishwasher, electricity, internet, water, heat, free laundry facilities etc. Floor plan drawing: "Sovrum 2" is the room being rented out. Me myself will still live in the apartment, in "Sovrum 1/Private. Reason for renting out: The person who has rented the room during the last year is moving out. She have found and signed an employment contract for the job of her dreams in her dream country, Japan. She will act as a reference.
