Bright apartment in an up and coming neighborhood in central Sollentuna. The apartment complex was built in 2013 and is located in a modern neighborhood, with a close access to the pendeltåg with around 13 minutes to Stockholm and 40 minutes to Uppsala. The apartment is 40m2 open plan and will be rented funished. It features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom space with a double bed, with a screen wall separating the space from the living area. The main living space has a dining space, sofa and a tv that can be angled towards the open kitchen space as well. The bathroom is large and has a washer and dryer. The main storage space is a the walk in closet next to the bedroom area and a cleaning closet. The apartments also has a 8m2 balcony overlooking the courtyard of the complex. I am looking to rent out the space for around 1 year from September of 2026 for work purposes. Included in the rent will be the water, heat, electricity and wifi. You need to get your own home insurance. My apartment is best suited for couples or singles.
