A bedroom (furnished, 25 m2) is available in our spacious villa in Mölndal (Gothenburg area) (see picture 'Övre plan': the room is the first one on the right) Monthly rent is 6000 SEK. The price can be discussed. Available from 1 August. The exact move-in date can be arranged according to your needs. Who lives here: I (43 years old cancer scientist at Gothenburg university) and my 10-year-old daughter occupy the two bedrooms on the ground floor. The available room is located on the upper floor. The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor are usually occupied by international students and young professionals, including people affiliated with AstraZeneca, the University of Gothenburg, Chalmers University of Technology, and other workplaces in the Gothenburg area. The upper floor functions as a shared living space for students and young professionals, while my daughter and I live primarily on the ground floor. Location: Millbergsstigen, Mölndal (Forsåker) • About 10 min walk to Mölndal Centre and the shopping mall • About 15 min walk to AstraZeneca & 20-30 min buss/tram to Gothenburg university or Chalmers. • About 15 min walk to Stensjön Excellent public transport connections with easy access to both Mölndal and central Gothenburg by train, tram, and bus.
