Welcome to our spacious and much-loved family home in Nacka, beautifully situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, beside a small park and right on the edge of Sickla Lake. Nacka Nature Reserve is directly across the road, offering wonderful opportunities for walking, running, swimming and cycling. At the same time, central Stockholm is surprisingly close — just 10–15 minutes by bike. The house is also within easy reach of Sickla Köpkvarter, with its wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés, services, cinema and excellent public transport connections.
Here you can enjoy the best of both worlds: a peaceful home surrounded by nature and water, while being close enough to cycle into the city whenever you wish.
Home layout
The house is spacious, light and comfortable, with over 200 m² of living space and generous areas for both family life and working from home.
There are four bedrooms, two home offices, spacious living and dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms and plenty of storage. The house also has a large private garden, veranda/outdoor space and garage. It is furnished as a genuine family home, rather than as a temporary or minimalist rental, making it particularly comfortable for a stay of several months.
What's included in the rent
The house is rented fully furnished and equipped, including kitchen appliances, cookware and everyday household essentials.
Internet/Wi-Fi, heating and the use of the garden and garage are included. Bed linen and towels are also available.
Communications
The location is exceptionally convenient for getting around Stockholm.
Central Stockholm is approximately 10–15 minutes by bicycle, making cycling into the city an easy part of everyday life.
Sickla Köpkvarter is close by, providing shops, restaurants, cafés and public transport. There are also good bus and public transport connections into Stockholm and the surrounding area.
For those who enjoy being outdoors, Nacka Nature Reserve is literally across the road, while Sickla Lake and its surrounding paths and green spaces are right outside the neighbourhood.
We are renting out our home because we will be spending an extended period travelling and would like someone to enjoy and look after the house while we are away. We are looking for considerate tenants who will appreciate the house, its beautiful surroundings and the very special combination of nature, water and easy access to Stockholm city.
