Om bostaden

One bedroom in a large year-round house in the Stockholm archipelago. A fireplace and sauna for the winter, pool for the summer. Next door to ICA, a padel court, bus (45m to Slussen), and endless trails. Close to the ferry terminal (direct to Sandhamn), the charming neighbourhood cafe, and lots of natural swimming. Large kitchen, living and dining room on the ground floor, another living room, gym, and laundry on the basement level. I work from home and a friend, who will commute into work on weekdays, will soon move into one of the bedrooms. That leaves two of five bedrooms open (after you take one), which I may rent to additional roommates but only if it’s a good fit. I’m exploring roommates because a) it’s a lot of house for one person, and b) I may temporarily move back to the US next year, in which case I’d like to leave the house in good hands. Am open to couples, renting multiple rooms to a group, or even the whole house to a family - let’s chat and see.
