We are a family of two adults and two children (11 and 15 years old) who are trying our wings in England for a year, and we are therefore renting out our cozy and fully furnished terraced house. We have truly loved living in this quiet and friendly neighborhood! Highlights - Corner lot with grass area (space for a trampoline) and a garden. - Two verandas: Evening sun on the front, morning sun on the back. - Spacious patio/deck on the back (built in 2019). - Carport parking space included (option to add EV charger can be discussed). Extra space for cars on the grass and guest parking available in the area. - High-speed fiber internet is included in the rent! (Water and electricity are billed separately). Ground Floor Spacious entrance hall. Bathroom with shower and brand-new washing machine (July 2026). Spacious living room. Kitchen with brand-new induction stove & oven (July 2026) and dishwasher (2024). Open-plan dining area facing the backyard. Upper Floor Bedroom 1: Pink and white walls, 90x200 cm bed, chest of drawers and a desk. Bedroom 2: Space theme (planet wallpaper), 90x200 cm bed, height-adjustable desk, 1 wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Warm yellow/orange wallpaper, sofa bed (160x200 cm), 1 wardrobe. Bedroom 4 (Master): Green walls, 180x200 cm double bed, wall-to-wall wardrobes. Bathroom: Renovated in 2010 with a bathtub. Location & Schools Ormsta is a very safe and popular family-friendly area in Vallentuna. A pedestrian tunnel under Lindholmsvägen takes you safely to the town center, schools, and transport. Hagaskolan (F–9): A modern school and preschool opened in 2019 for ~800 students. Features modern learning environments, its own sports hall, artificial turf football pitches, and an on-site kitchen serving freshly cooked meals. Commute & Transport - Kista Science City: Easy commute to Kista via express bus and connections (approx. 35–40 minutes total). - Stockholm City: The Roslagsbanan train takes you directly from central Vallentuna to Stockholm City (Eastern Station / KTH University) in about 30 minutes. By car, it's about 25 km. Buses: Direct buses to the metro in Danderyd, as well as Upplands-Väsby, Österåker, and Täby. Local ring lines and school buses also serve the area. Arlanda Airport 30 km by car. Public transport takes approx. 45 minutes via bus 524 to Upplands-Väsby and a short train ride directly to Arlanda. Nature & Leisure: Walking distance to Vallentuna Sports Center (sports fields, two ice rinks, tennis courts, illuminated running/skiing trails up to 5 km). The popular fitness center Sports Club – featuring a gym, indoor swimming pool, and Europe's largest indoor obstacle course – is just a 15-min walk away.
