Very quiet and independent. The surroundings of the villa are picturesque all year round.
The villa is close to Stockholm Arlanda International Airport, 10 minutes by taxi and 40 minutes by bus.
Near the villa is the famous historical city SIGTUNE and the beautiful Lake Mälaren. There is the historic Steninge slott, 10 minutes' walk away.
Pets allowed.
There are Märsta commercial center near the villa, supermarkets such as COOP, LIDL, and Willys, fast food restaurants such as McDonald's and MAX, and steninge slot with good restaurants.
The 584 bus stop is right in front of your home, which can go directly to the märsta station and then transfer to the center of Stockholm.
The villa is ideal for a couple, a family of three or a family of four.

The rent does not include electricity, water, garbage, Internet, alarm system fees, etc. These fees are charged separately, 4000 kroner per month, paid through SWISH.
The landlord lives on the 0th floor of the villa and uses a different entrance from the tenant.
