The apartment is very new, with only 3 tenants before us. We are renting it out while we are away from 28/09/2026 to 15/01/2027, with an option to extend until the end of the month if arranged beforehand. No charge for the September days (we want to help out between movings), but we will ask for one month of rent as a security deposit. The living room takes up most of the living space, and the bedroom is big enough for a queen-size bed, a night table on each side, and furniture in the front. The apartment is bright, with big windows in both rooms and fantastic views of Uppsala. Rent includes Wi-Fi (high speed: 400mb/s), electricity, and water. The apartment comes fully furnished with a TV and a sofa-bed in the living room, 2 armchairs, a dining table and 4 chairs, lights, and a queen-size bed (including mattress). The apartment is ideal for a couple or a single person, and it will be deeply cleaned before the tenant arrives, and it is expected to be given back in the same condition.
