Om bostaden

I am now moving in with my girlfriend something the housing association calls “Provbo” (trial living). It lasts for 1 year, which the board usually grants without any issues, provided the tenant is responsible. After this one-year period, no further extensions are allowed. The process time can be up to 4 weeks before this is granted. I would like a tennant that wants to live here for the full 12 months. I renovated this apartment when my two children were around 10 years old, so it’s especially suitable for a single parent with two kids around that age. About the apartment:
Living/dining room with a pull-out double bed. Two smaller rooms with single beds and desks. Small galley kitchen with a bar area. Large hallway. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Balcony with afternoon sun and a view over Masthuggstorget and Lindholmen. 1000 mBit broadband and standard cable TV included. Wi-Fi router and remote-controlled lighting are also included. Furnishing:
Pull-out double bed, one loft bed with desk, one single bed, desks, 3-seater sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, dining table, eight chairs, one office/gaming chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, TV, microwave, SodaStream, iron, etc. No storage space, and some things will remain in the apartment, including a bookshelf full of books. I will not be removing any furniture from the apartment during the rental period. The storage area in the cellar is not included in the rent. Location:
