The apartment consists of 4 rooms (100m2), and is on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator available), see attatched layout. It is a well-built concrete building from the late 1960s, in a large and well ordered homeowners association.

The monthly rent is 17 600 SEK paid in advance for each month.
The tenant will sign their own contract with an electricity company, electricity is not included in the rent.
