Hej!
We are searching for a flatmate to join us in our living adventure in a spacious, comfortable, furnished abode in Ekeby🏡
The room ist available 1st of October (slightly later move-in date can be discussed). We are looking for someone who would like to stay for at least 6 months, while there is the possibility to stay longer.
All necessities (heating, electricity, internet, and basic house consumables) are included in the rent, that is 6100 kr. The contract will have a 3 months notice period.
Included is
A furnished bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, large living room, room for guests, a small office, space for bikes, and a garden – great for bbqs!☀️
Other merits
Short distance to the center of Uppsala and to Håga, several bus connections available and a supermarket is close by.
As for us, my name is Laura (31), another German living in Sweden. I love to get lost in the splendorous Swedish nature, bake cakes and bread, or play the same couple of songs I know on the guitar over and over again. I recently finished my PhD about soil microbes at SLU and am currently in a liminal situation where my maximum ambition is to find out where the next apple tree is or when the chanterelles finally start coming out (or what Lorenzo and Ellinor are cooking…).🍂☀️
Lorenzo (39), I am an Italian, enjoying cooking only Italian food. I am a researcher in Chemistry but I attempt to compensate for my nerdiness by more social activities like parties and dancing salsa. Sometimes also by playing the guitar. If you are lucky you might enjoy the fantastic carbonara I cook🍝
Ellinor (26), I‘m from Sweden, and I was born and brought up just outside of Uppsala. Right now I’m studying to become an arborist, which can give a hint of what I enjoy In life! I like being outdoors and spending time in the forest. If I’m not outside, I’m trying out a new recipe that I for sure found when I was doomscrolling on Instagram. You can also find me knitting on something or do a weird craft.🌳
We are seeking one more person of outstanding moral fibre, robust humour who is sociable, tolerant, conscientious and would enjoy shared fikas, dinners, or any spontaneous gathering in the kitchen or living room with a shared laugh!
We are clean and responsible housemates and pretty easy to get along with.
