I am renting my 33 m² furnished studio apartment on Annedalsvägen in Bromma, in a modern building completed approximately 4–5 years ago. The apartment is located very close to Sundbyberg. Sundbyberg is approximately a 15-minute walk away, and the bus journey is only around 3–4 minutes. The location offers easy access to public transport, shops and services while being situated in a quiet residential area. Utilities (water and electricity) are estimated at approximately 500–600 SEK/month and will be reconciled against actual costs periodically. Deposit: 25000 SEK. Internet is currently available in the apartment, but it may not be included during the sublet period. This can be discussed with the tenant. The tenant will need to have their own home insurance. Rental period Available from November 1, 2026, with some flexibility for an earlier move-in date. Minimum rental period: 6 months Maximum rental period: 12 months I am flexible regarding the exact rental period depending on the tenant and their needs. Other information * Strictly non-smoking * No pets * No parties or disruptive activities * Respect for neighbours and the building is essential * No private parking included. Paid parking may be available in the area, but it is relatively expensive. I am looking for a responsible and respectful tenant, preferably one person or a couple, who will take good care of the apartment and its furnishings. Interested?
