Bright and lovely 3-Room Apartment in Dammfri Hi! We’re renting out our lovely 78 m² furnished apartment in Dammfri, Malmö – a place we truly enjoy living in as a family of four. We are renting out because our family has recently grown and we want to spend some time closer to our extended family. The house is well equipped, including cutlery, cups, bedding, duvets, and other useful things etc, which gives a great advantage when moving in. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of 3 in a very quiet area. The location gives quick access to buses (10, 3, 11) and to Triangeln Train station (20 mins walk/bus or 7 mins by bike), which makes it very convenient for commuters as well (one of us works in Copenhagen and it worked just fine for us). If you have a car, there’s always parking available nearby. If you’re a nature lover you will enjoy Pildammsparken, which is at walking distance - an amazing park, perfect for jogging, taking kids out or just meeting friends. 🛏️ The apartment has two bedrooms – one is currently set up as a home office, but can also be turned into a kids room. The functional kitchen and own laundry facilities make everyday life easy. There’s also practical storage in all rooms. ☀️ The west-facing balcony is perfect for catching the afternoon sun. 🌳 The building is part of a well-maintained association with a nice courtyard where you can gather with friends, enjoy a barbecue, or have the kids play safely. It’s a quiet cul-de-sac, ideal for anyone looking for calm while still being close to the city. 🚲You’re just a short bike ride from the Kronprinsen area (including a shopping center), and the sea. Grocery stores, cafes and gyms are nearby, making everything super convenient. The building is just outside Dammfriskolan. 💰 Monthly Rent: 19,000 SEK. Includes all utilities and fully furnished and equipped. 📍 We’re looking for tenants who will enjoy and take care of this home as much as we have.
