The current tenant purchased the bedroom furniture and some household basics when she moved in and would like to sell them to the next tenant for a one-time payment of €200. The furniture and household items include bedroom furniture as well as some basics such as cups, plates, a frying pan and a pot. The €200 payment is for the furniture and household items and is separate from the monthly rent and deposit. 📅 Move-in date: 23 September I would like to find a new tenant as soon as possible, so I’m arranging viewings shortly.
