We are renting out a large 3-bedroom flat in our “mini-BRF”: a building with four flats, homes to close friends and family. The fourth flat in the building is now empty and we are looking for tenants who are interested in renting long-term. The apartment is 148 m2. It is on the second floor, no elevator. In the yard there is 1 car parking spot free of charge Bicycle parking outside (no roof - but you could build one) Tranquil residential neighbourhood, but walking distance to all amenities (parks, cafés, restaurants, various grocery stores, gyms etc.) 5-minute walk to metro station Näckrosen (11 minutes to T-centralen) 10 minute walk to Sundbybergs station (both commuter train and metro). 20 minute walk to Solna station (commuter train). 20 minute bike ride to Stockholm central station 25 minute bike ride to Stockholm University.
