Om bostaden

I'm renting out my nice and light 48 m2 apartment with a separate kitchen and living room with sleeping alcove on the in Mariehem. It's a 10 min bike ride to the university and a 5 min walk to ICA/Coop and the nearest bus stop with buses going to the university and city centre. Rent is including water, heating, electricity, tv and internet. There is a very large storage room, bike room and shared bookable sauna in the basement. The apartment can be rented out unfurnished or with some basic furniture (for a monthly fee) and I'm flexible with the move in/move out dates (move out could also be in December, the tenant has to be approved by Rikshem before moving in).
