ABOUT OUR HOME Welcome to our much-loved home in one of Södermalm’s most desirable and well-planned areas. Situated on a slight hill, the kitchen balcony sits on the 1st floor above street level and the large living room windows are considered 4th floor. The apartment is bright and spacious with a wonderful view over Hammarby Canal from the living room. We are renting out our home because our family has an exciting short term work opportunity abroad. We will remain in close communication throughout the rental period and will always be available if anything arises or you have any questions. LAYOUT The apartment has a practical and spacious layout, with the two bedrooms located at opposite ends of the apartment, providing privacy and flexibility. One of the highlights is the large and beautiful courtyard, with a pergola, playground, fruit trees and generous green areas — a particularly lovely feature for families. THE AREA The area is peaceful and quiet, with very little through traffic, while still being close to everything Södermalm has to offer. A brand new ICA will be open in September '26 a few hundred metres down the road, but there are also two Coops each 500m from the flat in opposite directions.
