If you see a listing on bojakt.se that you think is a scam, that breaks the law, or that should not be up — tell us here. We review every report and reply.

This form is our notice mechanism under article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). If you would rather email us, that works just as well: bojakt.se@gmail.com.

Describe as concretely as you can what is illegal or wrong — for example that the listing is a scam, that the photos are not the advertiser's, or that the rent is unreasonable.

Name and email are optional — but without an email address we can neither confirm that we received the report nor tell you what we decided.

What happens next

  • We confirm that we have received the report (if you left an email address).
  • We review the content without undue delay and reach a decision.
  • If we remove the content, whoever published it gets a statement of reasons setting out the basis for the decision and how they can object.
  • You are told the outcome at the address you gave.

Misuse

We may reject reports that are manifestly unfounded or sent in bulk. Knowingly giving false information in a report can have legal consequences.
