Your rights

  • Erasure — have your data deleted (the "right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — ask us to pause the processing.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent — where the processing is based on consent.

How to exercise your rights

Where your data is stored

The data is stored in our database within the EU (Frankfurt). Some of the providers we use may process data outside the EU/EEA, in which case appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply. See the privacy policy for which providers we use.

Automated matching

We automatically match homes against your search criteria in order to send you alerts. This processing has no legal effects for you and does not amount to automated decision-making within the meaning of the law.

Complaints

If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority, imy.se.
