What we never charge for
The rental market is full of sites that charge the people with the least.
Contact details
We email you the listing free of charge. Paying to see a link or a phone number is the most common trap on Swedish rental sites — we never do that.
Queue position or priority
You can't pay your way past anyone. Premium gets you the notification sooner, never a better place in someone's selection — the landlord chooses.

Are alerts really free?
Yes — free forever, with no card details and no lock-in. You get a weekly email with new homes matching your alert. Premium is an optional add-on if you'd rather have the notification right away.
What do I get for 79 kr a month?
On the free plan, a home may have been listed for up to seven days before you hear about it. Premium gives you the same alert as the free plan, but we look every hour and email you as soon as a home matches, instead of once a week. If you want it as an SMS too, that's an add-on at 19 kr/month. No lock-in, cancel whenever you want.
Do I need to enter card details to set up an alert?
No. The free plan only needs an email address — no card details, no trial that starts costing money. You only enter a card if you choose to get Premium.
Do you charge me to get in touch with a landlord?
Never. We email you the listing free of charge, and contact between you and the landlord is always free. We don't think anyone should have to pay to reach a home.
Can I switch between Free and Premium?
Whenever you like, in both directions. You cancel Premium under My account — no notice period. You keep Premium until the end of the period and then go back to the free plan with the weekly email.
