Newly renovated, spacious and light flat over two floors on horsefarm in Arild, 10 minutes from the ocean and naturereserve Kullaberg. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms + hall with washer and dryer. Large storage room, outdoor space and garden (shared with rest of the farm) Completely idyllic setting in nature, Höganes 15 minutes away, Helsingborg 30 min and Copenhagen one hour, 15 min. Jonas and I live in the house next door with our two dogs, a labrador and a large poodle. We have ten icelandic horses on the farm as well as a vinyard, flowerfarm and glamping tents. There is a possibility to grow vegetables in own patch of land. During Spring and summer there will be yoga classes in the large barn facing Kullaberg😊 We are looking for likeminded, nature and animal loving tenants who will look well after the place.
