Our story

Bojakt gathers vacant rental homes from marketplaces, housing companies and private landlords in one place, and gets in touch when something that fits you turns up. That's the whole product. This page is about the rest: why we're building it, how we fix it — and common misconceptions about bojakt.

How bojakt fixes it

All in one place

We pull the listings in from marketplaces, housing companies and private landlords and set them side by side in one format — the same details in the same place on every listing. Ten tabs become one list, and a list can be compared.

We keep watch

Then you say what you're looking for: town, size, rent. We keep watch and get in touch when something matching turns up, so you don't have to sit refreshing. How often you hear from us is your call — the weekly email comes once a week, and it can come closer together than that.

Nothing in between

When you find something, you click through to the listing with whoever is actually letting it. Landlords can also put their listings up with us themselves — then the listing is here from the start, with nothing in between.

We don't have everything. We'd rather tell you how many homes are up right now than claim it's the whole market.

Are you a landlord?

You can list your vacant flat with us yourself, with nothing in between and no waiting for it to turn up somewhere else. The listing reaches whoever is already watching your town, from the day it goes up.
