Common questions
How quickly do I hear about a new home?
With the free alert you get a weekly email every Monday with everything new since the week before. With Premium the alert goes out as soon as the home turns up in our scan — the same hour, by email (and as an SMS if you add that). So the difference is when you find out, never what you get to see.
Can I watch more than one location?
With Premium, yes — then you can watch as many locations as you like. Free includes one. Type several locations into the same field when you create the alert and they become one alert each, but arrive in a single email. If you created your alert before 8 August 2026 you keep your locations, and can add more without Premium.
Do I have to create an account?
No. You give us your email address and your filters, and that's it. If you want to change or pause an alert we send a login link to your email — we have no passwords at all, so there is no password that can leak.
How do you know what counts as new?
We go through the sources every hour and compare against what we've already seen. A home counts as new the first time it turns up with us, and you only get alerts about homes added after you created your alert — not the entire history.
What if I don't get any matches?
Then we tell you straight away as you create the alert, rather than leaving you waiting for an empty weekly email. If the filters are too narrow for the location we suggest an adjustment — a higher maximum rent, for instance — which you can choose to accept.
