**Fully furnished apartment in Södermalm | Available from mid November 2026** Our apartment is currently being renovated and will be available to rent fully furnished from mid November 2026 until mid May 2027, with the possibility of a longer stay. We can offer two furnishing layouts **Option 1 ** A separate living room with a sofa bed, alongside a bedroom with a loft bed and a kitchen/dining area. **Option 2** A master bedroom and a children’s bedroom with a loft bed, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas combined. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building, without an elevator. There is a shared laundry room. As the renovation is still underway, we don’t yet have finished photos. We have floor plans for both layouts and would be happy to arrange viewings for serious prospective tenants.
