About the home

A quiet home close to everything 🌿🚆 Welcome to a cozy home in one of Lund’s most convenient locations — close enough to the city centre to enjoy everything Lund has to offer, but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Located on Åldermansgatan in Väster, the apartment is around a 10-minute walk from Lund C — ideal if you commute to Malmö, Copenhagen or elsewhere in Skåne. You can easily walk or cycle into central Lund or Nova Lund for cafés, restaurants, shopping and everything else the city has to offer. The area itself is calm, residential and green, making it a lovely place to come home to after a busy day. The apartment is especially suitable for a single person or a couple who appreciate a comfortable home, a great location and good transport connections. A great choice for professionals, researchers, students or commuters who want to enjoy Lund a lot.
