It is located at the second floor of a three floors apartment. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and bed room and a bath room with a shower and washing machine. There is a balcony with a beautiful green view. The apartment is located close to the city centre of Linköping with a 2-minute walking distance from the University Hospital (Campus US). There is a bus station nearby with frequent departures to Campus Valla, Mjärdevi and the City centre. The rent includes electricity, water, heating and internet.

Under chapter 12, section 55 of the Land Code, a sublet rent may not be significantly higher than the bruksvärde. Hyresnämnden can lower it, and you can reclaim what you overpaid.
