Möblerat rum 10 kvm centralt. Har ett mysigt nyrenoverat rum (möblerat) som jag hyr ut efter överenskommelse då min minsta dotter flyttade för ca 4 år sedan. Fram till årsskiftet 2025-26 bodde en dam här i ca 6 månader från Italien och innan henne bodde det en kvinnlig student från Oman i ca 2 år. Båda har nu lägenhet i Göteborg. Rummet finns centralt i en 3:a i Olskroken/Lunden och ca 150 meter till Redbergsplatsen där alla spårvagnar och bussar går och med 15 min gångavstånd till Centralen och Avenyn. Nära till butiker, restauranger och kollektivtrafik. Hyran är på 5 200:- och då ingår el, värme, WI-FI och nyttjande av befintlig köks utrustning. Rummet ligger direkt i anslutning till ytterdörren. Deposition är 1 månadshyra. Du måste vara rökfri och inte ha några husdjur eller betalningsanmärkningar samt att du behärskar svenska och/eller engelska språket i tal och skrift. The room is in an apartment with 3room and kitchen centrally located in 2nd floor in Olskroken/Lunden and about 150 meters to Redbergsplatsen were the buses and tramps goes and with a 15 minute walk to Centrail station and the parade street "Avenyn". Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. The rent is 4,900 SEK and includes electricity, heating, WI-FI and use of existing kitchen equipment. The room is located directly next to the front door. Deposit is 1 month's rent. You must be non-smoking and have no pets or payment complaints and that you are fluent in Swedish and/or English in speech and writing.
