About the home

We’re renting out our bright and fully furnished 35 m² studio in Alpha Backaplan. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and well suited for one person or a couple looking for a comfortable, ready-to-move-in home in a new-built apartment complex. Large windows and a spacious, south-facing, furnished balcony give the apartment an open, airy feel, with views towards Karlatornet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer in the bathroom. The apartment offers fast fiber optic internet and a practical workspace that can be tucked away when not in use, making it easy to work from home while keeping a work-life balance. The apartment is also big enough to host guests for a dinner or short-term stay, with an extendable dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. The apartment comes with a private storage room, secure bicycle storage and access to a large shared courtyard. The location is very convenient, with Coop, a pharmacy and several other shops in the building while a gym is just across the road. Nearby public transport connections take you to central Gothenburg in less than 10 minutes. Lindholmen and other major workplaces are also easy to reach. We’re renting it out since we moved together in another apartment. Move-in date and furnishings can be flexible. Feel free to get in touch!
