A comfortable, low-cost apartment in nice building with nice neighbors in a great area close to central Stockholm. It's an old building. It isn't luxury but it has charm and is well maintained. I like it here. Lots of trees. The building sits atop a hill with a grassy slope, perfect for cats. You can see Stockholm City Hall from the backyard. A small green park where children play is across the street. We're 400 meters from the Aspudden Centrum and t-bana, which is two stops, or about 10 minutes from Södermalm. It's a direct line to Stockholms University. In the bedroom is an truly wonderful Mio bed, a big desk and plenty of closet space. There's a sofabed in the living room along with a big 40inch TV. I ended my Swedish TV subscription long ago, having never watched it. The apartment is wired for cable TV, Netflix, Showtime, Prime etc so it's a simple matter to subscribe if you want. It's not included. There's a stereo with excellent Bose 301 speakers you can connect to via bluetooth. You'll find a huge collection of DVD movies you're welcome to watch. High Speed internet, 250/50mbs with a strong WIFI signal is included. I'm looking for quiet, responsible people who don't smoke. Pets are fine. It's a quiet building so no parties. There are reserved parking spaces out front for rent. I'll check availability and price from the landlord if you're interested. I'll need two references, one from your present landlord. Contact me with any questions. I'm at university overseas until the end of the year. I'm renting the apartment until the end of August 2027. There's a possibility to extend your stay until the end of the year if you wish. Enjoy it.
