About the home

Central location with a 10 minute walk to the center of town and a 8 minute walk to the Uppsala train station. The apartment has a bedroom, a combined living room and dining room, a kitchen, and a balcony with morning/afternoon sun and bathroom. The apartment building has a nice communal garden area with a grill and outdoor seating in the spring/summer. There is a shared laundry room in the basement as well as a guest room that can be rented for when visitors come. The apartment is fully furnished but we can also take away some of the furniture in agreement with the renter. Rent includes heat, water, electricity and internet. Renting out the home due to work opportunities abroad. The amount of time on the rental period is open and subject to approval from our housing board, but we prefer someone who wants to take the apartment longer term and at least 6 months. Move in and move out dates can be flexible, anytime after December 19th, 2026.
