The location offers proximity to Karolinska (Huddinge), Alfa Laval, Södertörn University, and Flemingsberg Station where you can catch the Mälartåg, SJ, and SL trains. The lake Gömmaren is a walk away and Flottsbro beach and skiing can easily be reached by bike/bus. The monthly rent (SEK 14.000) includes villa insurance, water, electricity, and (floor) heating as well as access to Telia’s 1000/1000 shared broadband service. A private (security monitored) car parking is also included as well as an in-door storage room with space for two bikes. Mandatory home insurance is not included. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom offers a walk-in shower, washing machine, tumble-dryer, and a practical drying cabinet. The landlord adheres to Swedish law, reports rental income, and is keen to provide a positive and memorable stay at the apartment. A standard Swedish rental contract applies with flexible terms and additional security related restrictions; maximum two persons (with temporary exceptions for close relatives), and no commercial or otherwise organised activities on site.
