Läge och kommunikationer Bostaden ligger i ett lugnt och naturnära område i Tullinge, med fina naturområden och goda möjligheter till idrott, motion och friluftsliv. Det är cirka 1 km till pendeltågsstationen, varifrån tåget tar ungefär 20 minuter till Stockholm City respektive Södertälje. Busshållplats finns cirka 200 meter från bostaden. The combined kitchen and living room is located on the ground floor, while the two bedrooms are on the semi-basement level. The apartment has a fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. There is a private entrance on the side of the house, as well as access to a patio and garden. Rent and Terms The rent is SEK 13,500 per month. Household electricity is charged separately, while heating, water and one parking space are included in the rent. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required. The apartment is available from mid-January 2027. We are a quiet family with two teenage children living in the main house. We are open to a long-term rental with no fixed end date, provided that the arrangement works well for both parties. Location and Transport The apartment is situated in a quiet, green area of Tullinge, close to nature, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, sports and exercise. The commuter train station is approximately 1 km away, with trains taking around 20 minutes to central Stockholm or Södertälje. A bus stop is approximately 200 metres from the property.
