Lägenheten har en takhöjd på ca 3 meter, genomgående golv av furutiljor och ett fint ljusinsläpp via generösa fönster i österläge. Området är mycket lugnt med närhet till både livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger och barer samt naturen vid Långholmen och Reimersholme. I hyran ingår el, internet och vatten. Vi hyr ut då vi ska åka iväg på en längre familjesemester. Sen bilderna togs har viss ommöblering samt viss inredning bytts ut. Vid intresse av att hyra lägenheten skickas uppdaterade bilder om önskas. Stambyte av badrum skedde 2025.
