Lägenheten är en mysig 1:a på 29 kvm med ett fräscht kök, gott om förvaringsutrymme och fransk balkong med utsikt över en lummig innergård. I huset finns en gemensam tvättstuga som är utrustad med två stora tvättmaskiner och torkrum. Lägenheten ligger centralt på en tvärgata till Södra Esplanaden med närhet till Stadsparken, Mejeriet, ICA samt bara en minuts promenad till bussen. I hyran ingår allt: möblering efter ditt behov, el, värme, vatten och bredband. Jag söker en skötsam hyresgäst (eller ett par) som är rök- och djurfri!
