Welcome to Sörgårdsvägen 60, our large family villa of 208+95sqm in the heart of Solhem, with pool, sauna, a large ~1000sqm garden with fruit trees, grape vines, berry bushes, open lawn for playing, a trampoline, heated double garage with ample additional parking outside, and more. We are renting out our house as we are relocating to Singapore in January, and will be away for at least 3 years.
Here, you are close both to the local schools - from kindergarten up to high school with one of Sweden's specialized math and science classes - and a short 11-minute train ride from Odenplan, where you find multiple internation schools, for example Vasa International School of Stockholm offering IB programmes from K through to 9th grade, or Stockholm International School.
We are at a perfect location to commute to a downtown office, the central station is only 13 minutes away by train, with trains running every 7-8 minutes during peak hours.
Our house has three bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with shower upstairs. Downstairs, you find a bright open entrance hallway, the master bedroom, a large living room and bathroom with shower, a balcony facing the front, and a large glass veranda towards the back for hosting up to 20 people during the spring and summer. In the basement, you find a separate laundry room, a small gym, a guest room, and the sauna. Additionally, the basement has a separate ~40sqm apartment with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen, which is perfect if you have family or friends visiting.
In the back we have our lovely 9x4m heated pool, where the kids play all summer. Please note that the pool does require some maintenance, which can be handled by yourself or contracted to a professional maintenance company at an additional cost, invoiced separately. In the garden you will find two apple tress, four cherry trees, a large grapevine by the pool, and a large trampoline with safety net for the kids to play in.
The house has an economical geothermal heating system.
Electricity, water, garbage disposal, and fiber internet is contracted separately.
