About the home

We’re renting out our lovely, fully furnished 76 m² apartment in Södermalm while we’re abroad, from 15 January to 15 July 2027. The apartment has two bedrooms, with the flexibility to create a third, making it ideal for a family or anyone needing a guest room and home office. It comes fully equipped and furnished as shown in the photos, with a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The building has an elevator, a small gym and a sauna. Set in a quiet part of Södermalm, the apartment is a short walk from Stockholm Södra commuter train station and Mariatorget metro station, with Medborgarplatsen also nearby. Four supermarkets are within a five-minute walk, along with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops. The monthly rent is SEK 26,000, including heating, water, electricity, gas and broadband. This is our family home, and we’re looking for tenants who will enjoy living here and take good care of it during our six months away.
