About the home

Referenser erfodras. IN ENGLISH A lovely end-terrace house featuring a spacious, private deck and a separate patio at the front. The front enjoys sunlight all day, while the deck gets the evening sun. The home includes 3-4 bedrooms which can be refurbished at your disposal and a large, bright living room equipped with a TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi and parking (outdoor space near the house) are included. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower, and another with a bathtub, shower, and washing machine. The area offers several playgrounds, a boules court, and an outdoor barbecue area; there is also a private gym in a separate building right across the street. 800 meters from subway- station Mälarhöjden. I am renting out the property—where I lived for 16 years while raising my children (who have since moved out)—in order to try living with my partner. No smokers. References required.
